how we can support you
We completely understand this is a daunting and anxious time for many young people and are working to make sure we are still able to support you as much as we possibly can, given the circumstances and fact we have had to close the centre in line with government advice regarding prevention of the virus spread.
If you feel you'd like to get some support, you can text 07443 508418 and one of our team will get back to you, eager to help however we can. This is, as with all our normal services completely confidential and we hope, a way for young people to access support during an isolated and perhaps stressful time.
You can also follow us on Facebook/ twitter where we will post regular updates and remain responsive to any messages sent this way, and our new Instagram account @yiryouth. We would love to build a community through this page where people support each other and can share experiences to boost confidence and have a positive impact on others, and while doing this, will post content related to mental health, sexual health, careers, as well as anything else requested from followers! We will however, focus on strategies to cope with self isolation, ideas to stay active/ occupied, fun hobbies to try out etc as well as ways to strengthen your mental health and reduce anxiety through the coming period.
Our email is still being regularly checked too so you can contact us this way at or alternatively fill out the form on Contact Us
