As a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant it will be your responsibility to ensure our customers receive the first class customer service that they have come to expect every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers promoting various products through active selling. (*Please do not worry we will train you to do this*).
Other duties will include, till and cash operation, stock control, merchandising and assisting the store management team by maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.

Durban House Nursing Home is currently recruiting for a Twilight assistant within the home to work 9 hours a week. The Twilight role is 7pm-10pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings.
Offer competitive rates of pay including a weekend uplift and offer full training, though previous experience is desirable it is not essential for this role. Durban offer free parking, DBS checking, Training, Pension Scheme, Contracted Hours and Competitive rates.

Support Senior carers in providing for the residents' physical needs by:
Helping with personal hygiene needs.
Supporting service user dietary needs.
Providing a safe environment.
Be aware of the psychological needs of the Service Users and to support these needs under the guidance of the Senior carer in Charge.
Observe and report to the Senior Carer in Charge any changes in the Service User’s condition.
Report any complaints made by the Service User or their representative.
Work as part of a team and interact with other members of staff.
Behave in a professional and responsible manner.
Be aware of Policies and Procedures within the Home.
Follow Health and Safety Guidelines as advised in the Staff Handbook.
