Demonstrating the highest standards of customer service through effective communication

Answering the telephone within 5 rings and greeting the caller with a professional greeting (scripts are available)Taking messages for the customer and ensuring contact details are taken such as name, contact number and email address

Ensuring messages are recorded correctly

Emailing clients with message details in a set time to ensure customer service for the business is not damaged

Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into company databases

Maintaining working knowledge of new services and services they provide

Public transport is very limited– please ensure that you are able to travel to the business

Things to consider

Please note all applicants will be required to attend a pre-entry interview with PETA before an application can be progressed.

The National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £3.90 per hour.  This applies to 16-18-year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.

The Wage for apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training.
