Thanks to the incredible Hampshire and Isle of Wight Community Foundation and through the National Emeregency Trust, we have once again be awarded a grant of £5000!
Despite COVID-19 rules continuously changing, we are striving to remain open to support young people in a safe, socially distanced way. To do this we needed a means to create more individual and covid safe spaces in our centre and this money has allowed us to do exactly that!
We now have a sound proof room divider in the main area, creating another private room which can be used for counselling, one to one support, meetings etc. This has and will continue to be transformative in the way we can work through the pandemic - keeping our clients and team safe and reducing risk of exposure.
